When Pardew left Newcastle they were top half of the Premier league. His overall record was P185, W71, D41, L73. Fairly middling, but a long way from awful.
After he left a combination of Carver, McClaren and Benitez managed a combined P58, W13, D13, L32. Clearly a significant down turn in fortunes.
